Guest Policies

Below are our guest policies which include our check in/out times and our prices. Please read these carefully before your arrival. These are available to download as a PDF below.

PAYMENT
In order to secure reservations a 1/3rd deposit will be required on confirmation of booking, which must be paid within 7 days. The balance will need to be paid on arrival.

Payments can be made by debit/credit card, a cheque drawn on a UK bank (supported by a cheque guarantee card subject to the usual limit), Traveler's cheque, or cash. Payments to Archangelos will need to be made in pounds sterling.

Payments made by credit card will attract a 2% service charge, whilst debit card payments will not have their service charge passed on.

HOUSEHOLD DEPOSIT
At present we do not request a household deposit but our guests are asked to leave the property clean and tidy and in the condition in which they found it. We also state that any breakages must be paid for.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy will apply once your booking has been confirmed. �Accepting accommodation by telephone, email or in writing means you have entered into a legally binding contract.
In the event of cancellation for whatever reason within 21 days prior to arrival, we will make every effort to re-let the property and if successful in finding an occupant the deposit will be refunded in full. However, if the accommodation remains unoccupied 75% of the total amount will be payable.

CHECK IN/OUT
Check in from 2 p.m. on day of arrival. It would be appreciated if guests are able to confirm their approximate time of arrival. Check out time is 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

ARCHANGELOS BED & BREAKFAST

PAYMENT

For bookings of 5 nights or over - 1/3rd deposit.
Less than 5 nights - One night's deposit.

The balance will need to be paid on arrival.

In the event of cancellation for whatever reason within 48 hrs prior to arrival, we will make every effort to re-let the room and if successful in finding an occupant the deposit will be refunded in full. However, if the accommodation remains unoccupied 75% of the total amount will be payable. In the case of less than 48 hours notice of cancellation/no show, we regret there will be a charge for the full amount.
