We wish to promote the best possible relationship with our guests and so to prevent any misunderstanding we operate the following terms:

Payment

In order to secure reservations of a provisional booking a 1/3rd deposit will be required within 7 days.
Confirmation will be made once a deposit has been received.
The balance will need to be paid ten days before commencement date.
Payments to Archangelos will need to be made in pounds sterling by bank transfer, cheque or cash.

Housekeeping

In order to offer our guests the best possible prices we endeavor to keep our overheads as low as possible.  To assist with this we ask our guests:

• To leave Archangelos in a clean and tidy state.
• Be responsible with energy consumption.  All our radiators are fitted with thermostatic valves and low energy light bulbs are used where possible.

Cancallation Policy

Our cancellation policy will apply once a booking has been confirmed.
A legally binding contract will have been entered into once confirmation has been given.
In the event of cancellation for whatever reason within 21 days prior to arrival, we will make every effort to re-let the property and if successful in finding an occupant the deposit will be refunded in full.
However, if the accommodation remains unoccupied 75% of the total amount will be payable.

Revised Departure Date

Should your stay with Archangelos need to be shortened after arrival we will make every effort to relet the property.  If successful an administration fee of £50 will be made and the balance will be refunded.

Check In/Out

Check in from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
It would be appreciated if guests are able to confirm their approximate time of arrival.
Check out time is before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
However, we will endeavour to meet special requests outside these times should it be possible
